Strengthening our US presence

30, April 2026

Choate Rosemary Hall is now live with Concord

In January 2025, we began working with one of the most recognized independent schools in the United States. Choate Rosemary Hall has formally adopted our platforms as part of its continued investment in library services and digital learning infrastructure.

Concord at Choate Rosemary Hall

Founded in 1896, Choate has a reputation for academic rigour and intellectual independence, with alumni including President John F. Kennedy.

Serving around 1,000 students and stewarding a collection of more than 250,000 print and digital resources, Choate has adopted our cloud-native library management system, Infiniti, together with LibPaths, our digital content curation platform.

Our role is to support their work with systems that hold up under daily use, across devices, and across the full breadth of a modern collection.

What Choate Rosemary Hall says about Concord

Mackenzie Callahan, Digital Resource Manager at Choate Rosemary Hall, had this to say about Concord:

“Our transition to Infiniti has been such a positive experience. The system is intuitive and easy to learn, allowing our team to get up and running quickly. Compared to our previous system, which was limited and difficult to navigate, Infiniti gives us far greater control and flexibility.

From a student perspective, it’s much easier to find and access resources through the online catalog.
On the staff side, reporting is far more accessible, and the inventory tool is one of the best we’ve used.

The standout for us has been the support from the Concord team. They’ve been incredibly responsive and adaptable during implementation and beyond, actively incorporating feedback and continuing to make meaningful improvements.

It’s clear that Concord understands how libraries operate.”

Growing in the USA

We’ve operated Concord USA for more than 25 years. With a renewed focus on our Atlanta office, we’re giving American schools more direct onboarding, training, and local support

  • US schools are navigating expanding digital collections, rising expectations around resource consistency, and pressure to reduce administrative friction.
  • Library and digital resource systems must integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and remain dependable year after year.
Craig Lotz

New leadership in the USA

To lead this next phase, we appointed Craig Lotz to head our US operations. Craig brings more than 40 years of leadership experience, including CEO roles across global Fortune 500 companies.

Craig is focused on:

  1. Growing our local presence
  2. Providing responsive support
  3. Delivering systems that remain reliable over the long term.

He believes that schools deserve platforms that integrate naturally into teaching and research workflows, without adding operational drag.

For school libraries like yours

School libraries shape how students encounter ideas and develop a lifelong love of reading. That work deserves software built with respect for the librarians behind it.

We’ll continue advocating for American librarians who protect literacy, guide research, and keep their libraries at the centre of school life.
